A carefully arranged path leads to the eastern wing of the villa where there is a summer kitchen with a grill where you can prepare numerous Istrian specialities.

From the terrace, through large sliding rocks that let in a large amount of daylight, we enter the open space of the ground floor of the villa. Here is the living room with comfortable sofas and LCD TV and surround system. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and a spacious dining table for 10 people and a bar. There is also a room for fun and socializing, which consists of an additional living room with a TV and a pool table. Through the sliding doors, we reach the gym, which is also available to guests of Villa Thistl – Vrsar. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. The entire space is furnished with subtle elegance, dominated by gentle tones that emphasize the warmth and comfort of the entire villa. We descend towards the sea on a carefully arranged path from the yard. There is also a comfortable sunbed with a canopy for two, from which you can enjoy complete privacy just a few steps from the sea.
