The staircase extends further down to a lower ground floor level, which offers a fully equipped utility room with the washing machine, dryer, sink, plenty of units and a handy fridge. Within the lower level there is a 5th twin bedded (zip & lock) bedroom for an extra guests, along with an extra en-suite WC / shower room.

Outside, the large terrace is perfectly positioned to make the most of the amazing, panoramic sea views. Sunbeds are also spread throughout the terrace and poolside for more places to relax and take in the stunning views. The finishing touch to this luxurious property is a large 10m infinity swimming.
