On the first floor is a huge master bedroom with a fireplace, shower and bathtub and two other bedrooms with bathrooms. All rooms have an amazing ocean view and open onto a terrace with sunbeds. On the lower floor you can find a cinema room, two more bedrooms (one with a huge patio with an olive tree) and a laundry room.

Apartments:
On the same plot but completely separated from the villa are 3 independent luxury apartments all with their own private entrance, a secluded terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bedrooms for 2 of them. If wanted the 3 apartments can be rented with the villa and be connected to the villa through a common entrance. Then the property consists of 10 bedrooms and can host up to 20 people.

The outside space is equally beautiful and consists of a heated infinity pool and a huge jacuzzi. The pool house is equipped with a barbecue and the huge wooden table sets free the most wonderful view on the ocean and the Golden Islands.
