In particular, the dining area is very light thanks to a large window which extends nearly the whole wall and allows you to admire the sea from indoors. This room opens onto a large terrace with an outdoor sitting and dining area with views towards the sea and garden. The property has sheltered parking for 4 cars, a private SPA and a gym, a personal trainer can be arranged on request. At about 100mt from the garden of the villa, you have private access to the facilities of the Beach Club Marina Piccola with 10,000 m2 gardens, a swimming pool, a secluded beach with up to 2 sun umbrellas and 8 sun beds exclusively for Villa Cowen’s guests. The club nearby is Centro Vela Marina Piccola di Punta Lada.
