In the downstairs area, you will find a great spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen fitted to the highest standards with all the necessary household appliances: toaster, coffee machine Nespresso, kettle, hand-held blender, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.

There is one more bedroom downstairs, designed especially for the disabled people with fully adapted bathroom. The exclusive high-quality German KETTAL brand of furniture is just one example of the efforts the owners have gone to, so as to ensure maximum luxury and comfort for all guests. 12 m long private heatable salt-water pool is provided; the little paddling pool cannot be missed either, while the nearest beaches are only a 10 minutes drive away. There is a possibility of a pool heating with solar panels with no extra charge, maximum to +23ºC depending on the sun of the day or the electrical pool heating (service optional, with a surcharge) that heats the pool up to 26ºC. This service needs to be requested in advance. A little extra for the most demanding guests is a mini private gym with sauna.
