This generously proportioned five-bedroom, five-bathroom home has been expertly renovated by owners who are passionate about their colourful country pile. The modern open-plan living spaces are awash with light. Rustic beams and a cozy log fire add character and echoes of tradition, while the contemporary kitchen opens onto a sprawling sun terrace. Seated soirées for ten can happen inside or out, surrounded by the sounds and scents of Mallorca.

The main house has four bedrooms consisting of a master suite and three luxurious double bedrooms (three en-suite). Majestic views over the coast and country flow in through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the master suite, with its free-standing bathtub and walk-in shower. The remaining three bedrooms in the main house consist of a ground-floor twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, and two further double bedrooms on the first floor – one of which has a cozy queen-sized double bed and the other a small-sized double bed (140 x 180 cm). Both boast fully renovated en-suite bathrooms.

The large bright open living area with large comfy sofas and dining table leads through to the modern kitchen, which in return opens up onto the terrace and its large dining table, perfect for al-fresco dining.
The pretty casita on the grounds has a fifth en-suite double bedroom, a glass-fronted living and dining area, and a kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy some precious time out on the sprawling terraces and soak up the welcome sun. With a clear private saltwater swimming pool and space for all the family to enjoy, you can relax and unwind in complete and utter comfort. Outside of the summer months, there is the option to heat the pool (for an extra charge).

Set in its colourful Mediterranean gardens, where aromatic citrus trees and lush olive groves abound, this beautiful oasis is ideal for large groups with myriad diversions close at hand. The café and gallery-packed streets of Pollensa’s Old Town are a few minute’s drives inland, while watersports and the world-class beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Puerto Alcudia, Playa de Muro and beyond beckon on the coast. It’s northern Mallorca, so epic hiking, trail-running and cycling routes begin on the doorstep. With the formidable Tramuntana Mountains looming in the distance, you can enjoy the best of land, sea and mountains.
