The first floor houses the final 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has 2 sets of luxury and extra wide bunk beds with fabulous terrace overlooking the magnificent Mediterranean sea plus separate shower room.  Then there is a wonderfully designed double master bedroom which can be divided by a sliding soundproof wall and both rooms enjoy their own private ensuite bathroom plus each with large balconies and stunning unobstructed sea views.

Taking you to the outside area, there is a large double garage with automatic doors, maids quarters (with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) and one of the biggest and most impressive private swimming pools you will ever see!  At 22m x 8m, this awesome infinity pool steals the show and has a backdrop of beautifully manicured lawns and landscaped gardens. You can sunbathe around the very generous pool patio area before walking down the Roman steps to swim a few laps while building up an appetite to enjoy the wonderful al fresco dining area after cooking up a storm on the outside barbecue.

As an extra added luxury, our maid service makes up your beds 5 days a week, clean the bathrooms & patios and changes the bed linen once a week.
