The villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, on the same floor, there are two bedrooms with queen size bed (1.60m) and a private/en suite bathroom in each of them (one with shower and the other one with bathtub). On the first floor there are three more bedrooms with a queen size bed (1.60m) and a private/en suite bathroom in each of them (one with shower and two with bathtub). Each bedroom has a terrace/balcony. Every room of the villa has large windows towards beach/bay.
In terms of outdoor areas there is a heated swimming pool (60sq.m with a depth from 80cm to 130cm), outdoor sofas and armchairs with cushions, a dining table with chairs, sunbeds, a gas barbecue (broil king 320 monarch), large courtyards / garden, lawn areas, planters with Mediterranean plants etc.
The location and design of this villa ensure absolute privacy and unobstructed breathtaking views from all areas (exterior and interior) to bay / beach.
In the evening, the villa, the garden and the pool have automatically adjusted ambient lighting creating a particularly pleasant environment for relaxation.
Beach is within a walking distance. The sandy beach is ideal for families with young children that will appreciate games on the golden sand while the elderly have a relaxing time by the beachfront. However, the use of a car is recommended in order to explore the beauties of the wider area. The property has a large parking lot. In any case, there are many taxis available in the area.
