The Villa is surrounded by private mature grounds (400 acres) and has Penedes vineyards as its backdrop. Although fully refurbished some more traditional features such as cool tiles and older wooden shutter windows give a nod to its history. There is even a Catalan stone hut onsite. This was traditionally used by shepherds when walking their flock.
Villa Newell can sleep up to 30 guests in 15 well appointed bedrooms. Nine of the bedrooms include e-suite facilities. While other bedrooms share bathrooms, they are easily accessed and well distributed. All bedrooms include air conditioning systems and heating for Winter months.There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a stunning dining area with fabulous dining facilities for up to 30.
The relaxing salon provides a getaway for those wish to watch some TV or read a book.
An onsite fitness room and activities such as ping-pong will keep the more active on their feet.

Villa Newell is an ideal venue for a wedding or a corporate event. It features a gorgeous Bodega that sits 150 people. The garden and pool area can also accommodate a large group of up to 300. At additional cost and with advance notice staffing and catering can be provided.
