Description

There is a grand entrance hall, fully fitted and equipped designer kitchen which opens out to a covered patio with barbecue, dining & lounge area, living room and a second covered patio area with marvellous views.

The pool is accessed via glass stairs on the ground floor or from any of the three bedrooms on the lower level. The infinity pool has a decked patio and another shaded patio below.

The lower level consists of three south facing, en suite bedrooms and a guest cloakroom.

The master bedroom is unique in the sense that it has its own lounge area which overlooks a smaller pool that cascades off of the swimming pool.

Bedrooms two, three and four are double and have en-suite shower rooms.

The basement level also has two double bedrooms, both of which benefit from natural light and have en-suite shower rooms.

This level also has a games room with a tennis table, TV/cinema room, bar and laundry room. The cinema room and bar have an underwater feature wall from the swimming pool, which gives a wonderful sense of light.

The roof has ample sunbathing space and also a large built in sofa as well as a plunge pool!

Please note there is current contruction/building work taking place close to this villa. However, Infralobo (local council) has issued a ban on noisy work during the months of July and August.
