The main house is composed, on the ground floor, of a spacious living and dining room with the modern and spacious fully equipped kitchen. The sliding doors of the living areas give direct access to the pool area and the terrace.
The upper floor has three huge bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
The lower floor of the house offers a spacious cinema room with a bar, a wine cellar as well as two separate guest apartments (2 en suite bedrooms)
Moreover, to perfectly relax, the villa features a spa with sauna, hammam, indoor pool and a gymnasium.
The garage of the property has enough space for 10 cars.

Outdoors

After leaving the living areas to join the terrace, you will be facing the large and well maintained outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with different palms.
