A small courtyard covered in walls of rambling flowers and plants is the ideal place to enjoy breakfast, with a continuously sprouting orange tree serving as a natural shade over the dining table.

The swimming pool area is the perfect spot to enjoy the turquoise sea, stretching the views to the magnificent Monte Argentario and the Tuscan Archipelago islands like Giglio and Montecristo, admiring spectacular Italian sunsets.
Montalcino, Pitigliano, and Saturnia hot springs are all within an easy reach, approximately one hour drive from the property. Villa Gates, immersed in nature and sheltered by the beautiful promontory, is located only six hundred meters from the highway exit.

The nearest beach can be reached within five minutes walking along a pathway that leads directly to the small rocky beach; the closest equipped rocky beach is located in Talamone only ten minutes driving.

Several stunning beaches such as Cala Martina and Cala Violina are part of a protected nature reserve and are located approximately one hour drive from the estate making them the perfect destination for a day trip.

The villa staff lives in the same building of the villa, totally respectful of the guests’ privacy.
