Located just off Pollensa’s Calvari steps, Aspen’s seductive views are one of the many features that give this family-friendly villa the edge. Enjoy them from tranquil terraces or in the beam of the sun as you work on your tan, a bestseller, or the evening’s barbecue prep.
With 4 bedrooms it is perfect for a family or couples getaway. The main house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with super king-size beds and an ensuite bathroom. There are then 2 twin rooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. The little casita provides another large bedroom with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a utility room. All bedrooms are on the lower level of the house which provides the living space with lots of warm natural light.
The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Enjoy breakfast whilst looking over the beautiful views in the spacious and sunny breakfast room. This leads through into the dining room and sitting room which has a fireplace for the colder months. The living room has a TV with English-speaking channels, as well as a DVD player.
The charming patio is furnished with deck chairs, Weber BBQ and a dining table and bench to enjoy al fresco dining on the warm summer evenings. During the day you have ample space to relax around the private swimming pool and in the gardens, and a choice of three terraces to enjoy the fantastic views in complete privacy.
Once entering you won’t want to leave, watching the sunrise with mist over the bay of Pollensa, or watching the sunset as the romantic lights of the town below dance in the moonlight, you will be enchanted.
Access by car to the villa is via narrow streets and the actual approach to the property driveway requires driving across the Calvary steps, which requires a 4×4 vehicle – though there is the option to park a bit further down the road.
