Description

Villa Lovebird is built over three levels. Entering the villa, the kitchen, dining area and the living room area are set in an open plan. The living room is very bright and comfortable, features an electric fireplace and a flat-screen TV with English and German channels. Large windows lead to the outdoor area. Opening the window right behind the couch gives access to an exterior lounging space (covered terrace) which increases the dimension of the room.

The dining area has an oval table and seats up to 6 people. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freeze, oven, electric hob, dishwasher, a center island and a breakfast bar with two seats.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor of the villa and a guest cloakroom. Bedroom one and two are both double bedrooms with an en-suite with a walk-in shower.

On the first floor, bedroom three is the master suite, with a walk-in shower and access to two private terraces, one of which overlooks the pool terrace.

On the lower ground floor, there is a self-contained area with two bedrooms, Bedroom four is a double en-suite bedroom with a walk-in shower and bedroom five is a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. This area also has an open plan living room with a small fully fitted kitchen comprising an oven, microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and dishwasher.

The exterior has a very zen feeling, with a private swimming pool, gas BBQ, dining table and a very relaxing covered seating area the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail at the end of the day while the sunset takes place.

Villa Lovebird is located 20 minutes’ drive from Faro airport. Quinta do Lago shopping, Dunas Douradas and the town of Almancil are a short drive away. The villa is located five minutes drive from Vale do Lobo’s Tennis Academy. The supermarket is also located within walking distance, making Villa Lovebird the perfect base for a holiday in the Algarve.
