Located on the ground floor are the open living and dining areas, all five bedroom suites are distributed on the upper levels, with additional lounge areas on the top level. The stylish open living/dining room is equipped with high picture windows allowing natural light to flood the interiors while opening onto the outside terraces and breathtaking sea views.
On the same level guests find the well equipped kitchen with high-end appliances throughout including a double fridge and wine cellar. There is a partial opening onto the dining and living room, allowing guests easy access to the kitchen bar and drinks throughout the day.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 in its 5 luxurious bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with iPads to control electrical appliances, air conditioning and floor heating. An elevator provides easy access to each floor. Located on the top floor is an outdoor lounge, ideal for evening cocktails overlooking the Mediterranean, a roof top terrace with dining area and a lounge area to enjoy the view. The pool house featuring kitchen, barbecue, pizza oven and dining table, is the perfect spot for a shaded lunch or dinner under the stars.
