Located in the peaceful village of Guime, this prestigious, detached villa with its private heated swimming pool is set in beautifully landscaped gardens with panoramic sea views.

The villa has two Master Bedroom Suites each with their own en-suite bathrooms plus an additional 6 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds sleeps 4 plus bathroom.

There are two beautifully equipped luxury kitchens that open up onto very spacious lounge areas all furnished with an abundance of seating and plenty of sofas enabling you to relax and enjoy 5 large flat screen TVs which offer  TV BBC1,2,ITV,CH4/5,Irish RTE 1/2 TV3, SKY Movies and SPORTS  full SKY TV package.

There are several patio doors leading from the lounge areas onto the spacious covered terraces where you will find a 7 seater Hot Tub/ Jacuzzi for that soothing, relaxing soak together with comfortable sun loungers.

WIFI is available throughout the villa and for fun, a splendid games room (with pool table, table tennis and football table) and putting green or work out in the Gym. For your comfort during those warm sultry evenings the villa is fully air-conditioned (coin operated).

Master Suite 1 is an enormous bedroom of 42m2 with double patio doors leading onto the pool and terrace area, a large 42′ flat screen TV, walk in wardrobe and dressing room plus air con for your total comfort. Its’ en-suite blank marbled bathroom eludes the utmost feeling of luxury rarely seen in your holiday home!.

This bedroom and bathroom has also been adapted for guests with mobility problems and wheelchair users. Master suite 2 has patio doors leading onto the balcony with outstanding sea views, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe and its en-suite bathroom is spacious with twin sinks and a corner bath with overhead shower.

All the bedrooms are spacious and have ample wardrobes, 5 bedrooms have large double beds and 2 bedrooms have two single beds. Bath towels are provided and changed twice weekly, bed linen is changed weekly and pool towels are provided for your use during your holiday. Villa is cleaned once per week. Cots and high chairs and two Z beds are available.

The enormous but elegant black marbled ensuite bathroom 1 has to be seen to be believed! It has a jacuzzi bath, overhead shower plus a separate shower area with seats of 5m2, twin sinks all set in black granite.

This bathroom is also suitable for guests with mobility difficulties and wheelchair users. The black marbled bathrooms throughout the lower level of this villa offer a feeling of complete decadence with the highest level of luxury rarely seen in your holiday accommodation.

There are a total of 9 bathrooms of which 7 are en-suite and 2 of the bathrooms have shower enclosures only (no bath). Bath towels are changed twice weekly.

On the pool terrace there is an outside Shower to cool off during the warmest of days.

This prestigious, detached villa is extremely private with walled-in landscaped gardens and electrically operated entrance gates. The expansive south facing terrace with panoramic sea views has a large (8m x 4m) private pool electrically heated (important during the winter months) and an abundance of comfortable sun loungers, plus a BBQ area.

Outside you will find the ‘al fresco’ dining area with extensive covered seating areas offering comfortable shade and protection from the sun and breezes and later why not immerse yourself in your own warm water therapeutic 7 position spa hot tub, combining an experience that is both rejuvenating and healing, whilst washing away muscle and joint pains with hydro massage water jets.

On the large upper terrace comfortable sofa’s await. This unique property would be ideal for large families, groups of friends, wedding parties and business conferences. The lower level is also suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
