The house is built right on the beachfront which, apart from a secluded beach, boasts a jetty for those who love exploring untouched coasts by boat or yacht. And this is exactly what one should do in this area; countless whitish coves with lush vegetation descending down to the water, reached only by sea, is the main element of northeastern Corfu.
The residence has everything one could ask for: a vast sitting and dining room, a cinema room, a gym, Jacuzzi and study area, a tennis table, a computer and many more. Its five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms can house up to ten people in its soothing ambience while two of them also offer private balconies. The sixth bedroom with twin beds is available upon request and at additional cost, for a total occupancy of 12 persons.
The villa is also an oasis of concierge services with a dedicated pool person and a grounds person, a chef and its assistant and an endless array of personalized services that the villa’s expert staff will provide.
It is also an environmentally friendly residence. An organic veggie garden, solar energy for the exterior areas’ lighting and water for house use collected from rains are its “green” highlights.
