Entering the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan sun flooded living and dining areas with high ceilings, a fireplace and a relaxing study area. French doors open onto the shaded lounge terrace with access to the large pool filled with crystal clear fresh water. A modern fully equipped kitchen with a door leading onto the outdoor terrace. Also on this floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and spectacular sea view. A second bedroom (access via separate external entrance) with an en-suite shower room and doors opening onto the gorgeous terrace with sea views.

Going up onto the first floor there is an en-suite master bedroom with a large terrace with great sea views and a fourth en-suite double bedroom (access via external staircase) that has an access to two small terraces.

On the lower ground floor there are 3 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom with doors leading to the pool area. All the bedrooms on this floor have en-suite shower rooms. You can enjoy a spacious room filled with gym equipment and a tennis table.

Pathways were designed through the olive trees and local vegetation, in the “wild” area and hammocks where one can simply lay under the shade of the olive trees and enjoy a peaceful rest.
