The luxurious Villa Petunia offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 5 bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom with a shower, one has a private bathroom with a shower and the others use a shared bathroom with a shower. The villa also has a gym and sauna with a shower and 1 toilet. Luxury Villa Petunia is ideal for luxury accommodation of 10 people.

The courtyard of the Luxury Villa Petunia is carefully landscaped and fenced, and with Mediterranean plants creates a real oasis, perfect for enjoying and relaxing. Guests have at their disposal a stone grill for the preparation of many Dalmatian specialties and an outdoor dining table for 12 people. Next to the grill, there is a summer kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, and wine refrigerator. The heated pool (40m2) is surrounded by sun loungers, and next to the pool there is an outdoor shower. There are more comfortable armchairs in the yard where you can spend long summer afternoons, reading a favorite book or just soaking up the warm Mediterranean sun. For guests coming with children in the courtyard of the villa there is also an equipped children’s playground. There is also a toilet in this part. You will enjoy all these facilities with a panoramic view and a Mediterranean experience thanks to the long olive groves, botanical gardens, and the surrounding forest.

The basement is an area accessed from the courtyard, which occupies one bedroom with a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a room equipped with a gym to continue recreational activities, and a sauna with a shower for maximum relaxation. Also, in this part, there is an equipped laundry with the necessary facilities as well as table tennis for leisure.

The ground floor of the Luxury Villa Petunia occupies a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and an LCD TV to enjoy your favorite amenities. A new and modern and fully equipped kitchen is an unavoidable part of the Villa to enjoy the various delicacies of this area with loved ones in the dining area next to the kitchen. Below the ground floor is one bedroom with a king-size bed that uses a shared bathroom with a shower.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor of the Luxury Villa Petunia where there are two bedrooms with a king-size bed and a shared bathroom with a shower as well as a private exit to a shared balcony with seating. A special feature of this floor is the master room, which is equipped with a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with sun loungers overlooking the open sea.

The luxurious Villa Petunia is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi available. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, blender, microwave, and toaster. The villa also has an iron and ironing board, as well as a washing machine and dryer. A cot and 2 feeders are available for guests coming with children.
