The villa benefits from a long private swimming pool that can be heated at an extra charge as well as a beautifully maintained garden and several terraces and shaded areas. The terraces offer perfect spots for some al-fresco dining with wonderful pergola and BBQ area with exterior fireplace. The garden offers a high level of privacy to its guests.

Inside, guests will find modern comforts in a comfortable but stylish environment with large and bright living room on the ground floor with fireplace and Plasma SKY T.V. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the usual modern appliances as well as breakfast eating area for 4 people and lounge area. The dining room is situated can be accessed from the kitchen and comfortably seats 8.

Also on the ground floor are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms double wardrobes.

Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower, two double wardrobes, dressing table and Plasma T.V. A further room is situated between the two doubles on this floor with large two seater sofa-bed with en-suite shower room. Also on this floor is the master double bedroom with sofa, 3 double wardrobes, Plasma T.V. and two en-suite bathrooms, one with bath, two sinks and the other with large walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

In the basement is a fabulous cinema room with large projector screen, 4 large black leather chairs with electric reclining function and wine chiller cabinet. Games room with large sofa and pool table. Also in the basement is a twin bedroom with large sofa, two double wardrobes, Plasma T.V. and shower room just outside the room. The garage can also be accessed from the basement.

The villa is fully air conditioned (ducted system). Under-floor heating. Wireless internet throughout. Pool heating available at an extra charge. BOSE sound system in living room, kitchen and outside eating area. Beach towels are available for clients. Maid service 12 hours per week (excluding weekends). Beach towels provided. £2500 damage deposit required.
