Moskito Island is made up of a collection of luxury private villas (or estates as we call them) which can be rented by guests looking for the ultimate island hideaway with exceptional service, just like you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.
The Branson Estate
The Branson Estate is made up of 3 villas, Headland House, Beach Villa and Mangrove Villa sleeping upto 22 guests in 11 bedrooms.
Recreation Area
The shared recreation area on the island’s eastern side is where guests can take advantage of a wide range of activities based around the Beach House, infinity pool and bar, tennis pavilion, dining pavilions and watersports centre.
The Beach House
The Beach House sits at the centre of the recreation area with direct access to a sandy beach. There is a fully-stocked bar and coffee station as well as several lounge areas and a 90 inch TV. Grab a lounger next to the infinity pool and enjoy some sun and the sea breeze while sipping on a cocktail from the bar!
Pool and Pool House
Slip into the large infinity pool and soak up the views out to sea, or just swim up to the bar and order yourself a refreshing drink. Later on try out the hot tub as you gaze up at the stars.
Tennis and Gym
The Tennis Pavilion has a wonderfully relaxing observation area overlooking the two tennis courts on island. The grandstand steps work well as a seating area for spectators. Downstairs is a gym and wellness area. Upstairs are loungers and chairs overlooking both the courts and the sea front, along with coffee making facilities.
Watersports Centre
Next to the tennis courts, on the beach (naturally), is our Watersports Centre. So whether you want to go stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, Hobie cat sailing, snorkelling (and plenty more) just head down there! Most activities are included in the rates however if the activity involves leaving the island or if a motor boat is required then a charge will apply.
