Riad Atu

Description

Riad Atu has an arty, pop and local decoration putting artisans and artists from Marrakech in the spotlight. The Architecture and advanced materials used are terrazzo, brass and sculpted glass. In winter, the floor is heated. The heating and air conditioning is centralized. Double glazed windows bring light into the living areas.The Riad offers all the necessary comfort to spend peaceful and unforgettable holidays with family or friends.

Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room, WC.

Indoors 

On the ground floor, the Riad has a double living room with a dining area, a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, bathroom and dressing room, are on the 1st floor.

Outdoors​ 

The 5 x 2 meter swimming pool is heated in winter and is on the roof which offers 180 degree views. The terrace covered with a pergola is equipped with a dining table offering a space to relax. The canopy is removable. A fireplace is available outside.
