The home cinema is decorated in the Art Deco style while the indoor spa pool area is Graeco-Roman in design featuring colonnades, tasteful murals and frescoes. There are two saunas, two Turkish baths, a massage room, two kitchens, and upper and lower lounge areas.

The grounds of the estate are laid out with formal lawned gardens, several terraces, a tennis court and waterfront freeform heated swimming pool. There are secure gates giving direct access to the normally uninhabited beach. Estate staff are on hand to cater to guests every need.
