Description

This villa feels like a personal, small beach resort due to its layout and amenities: main building with 4 bedrooms ( 2 on the second level, 2 on the first level ); 4 independent casitas ( deluxe rooms ) lining the walkway from the main house to the swimming pool area.

Next to the pool there is a large covered terrace with a full-size bar and lounge from where large glass panels allow breath taking vistas of the splendid beach front just steps away.

A large dining area with outdoor kitchen can accommodate a large party (20 people ).  A pool table sits between this area and the bar, also including high tables with chairs. To the right of the dining area, there is a deck with an oversized Jacuzzi overlooking the beach landscape, with cascading water flagstones. If looking left, the beach sand volleyball court is the perfect spot to have fun with friends and family, totally open.

The private swimming pool is centered around a flagstone deck, with modern chaise lounges, a pagoda bed and garden area with patio furniture, from where the beach views are stunning. A row of coconut palms line the border, swaying with the gentle breeze while guests sip on margaritas and piña coladas.

As seen in the pictures, the fanciest rooms are the Casita Suites, the 4 independent ones closest to the swimming pool. These offer a very high end design with paneling, embedded sky lights and recessed lighting. Each suite includes its own deluxe bathroom, A/C, ceiling fan, side lamps and mirror.

The bathrooms are fully tiled, with fine wooden cabinets, glass shower door and imported fixtures. There are two other suites located in the main building that are actually larger than the Casitas, and offer the same features including king size beds.

This villa rental sits on its own on a private area, with its own private security and staff. Maid service, WiFi, Pool cleaning and maintenance is included in the rental. From the heart of Sosua it takes about 6 minutes to reach the villa by car, and about 4 minutes from the center of Cabarete.
