Located in the valley of Valldemossa high up in the Tramuntana mountain range, this charming villa offers a wonderful combination of tranquility and beauty.BedroomsOn the first floor of the property you will find three bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is located in the guest house.
Bedroom 1: master bedroom, walk-in closet, double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower. To the left of this room is a children’s room with a pull-out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 children.
Bedroom 2: two single beds placed together, shared bathroom with room 3.
Bedroom 3: two single beds placed together, shared bathroom with room 2.
Bedroom 4: guest house, double bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower.Indoors
On the ground floor of the property you will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. There is a WC next to the entrance hall. The living room has plenty of seating areas and a small library with a TV and SkyTV. The living area leads out to a covered terrace with lounge furniture and an outdoor dining table, perfect for al fresco meals with all the family.
Outdoors
A private driveway leads all the way up to the main house which is separated over two floors. There is also a separate guest house that can be accessed via a path from the main house. This path continues along to a decked area where you will find the swimming pool, loungers and sunbeds. There is also a large garden patch and pond.
