The adjacent guest house is split into two bedrooms, each with a king or queen-sized bed, a full bath with an al fresco glass-block shower, and a balcony.

Designed for outdoor enjoyment, the property features a swimming pool, coral-stone decking, a sun deck, a lush tropical garden and landscaping, and 1,400 square feet of outdoor seating. The expansive covered veranda provides beautiful views of sunsets over Mahoe Bay and Seal Dogs.
