Description

Once you go through the electric gate, you are welcomed by the sound of a fountain and the beautifully landscape garden will entice you to relax on one of the three summer lounges or bathe in the infinity pool facing the sea.
The front door opens onto a large common area with a modern kitchen equipped with Gaggenau appliances, dining area for 12 guests, a large living room with three comfortable sofas and a large TV hidden in the feature mirror. Large windows provide a fabulous sea view.

The covered terrace shades an outdoor dining area with a Webber BBQ as well as a summer sofa overlooking the pool and the garden. The wrap-around terrace in front of the dining room offers comfortable seating to enjoy the sea view.
A small flight of stairs takes you to the master bedroom on the right with a small lounge area, and en suite bathroom including a bathtub, separate shower enclosure, double sink, as well as a second smaller bedroom with a queensize bed. Plenty of fitted cupboards are available in this bedroom where the guests will be able to enjoy the seaview.

The other 5 bedrooms are located at the garden level and have all garden and/or pool view:
Two double bedrooms with kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms have a communicating door and a private entrance.
Three more double rooms with ensuite bathrooms (with either shower or bathtub) are located on this level, as well as a staff room with a private bathroom

The wine cellar is located in the hallway.

There is a laundry room with washing machine,dryer and iron plus another two washing machines and dryers in the basement.

Two additional large fridges are readily available for the guests comfort: one on the lower terrace and one in the basement.

The 8*6m infinity pool is heated and surrounded by a flat lawn.

The house is equipped with a security system, AC throughout and security cameras.
