Description

Constructed over 4 floors, this villa is composed by 7 bedrooms – all of them with en suite bathrooms. The decoration combines a mixture of classic, modern and colourful, as all rooms differ in tones.

The main kitchen, located on the ground floor, is fully fitted and equipped with an American style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, plus SMEG appliances such as kettle, toaster, stand mixer, hand mixer set and blender. From the kitchen you can access the exterior where you will find a dining area with a table that can sit up to 12 people, perfect for al fresco meals, a gas barbecue and a sink.

The open plan living/dining space has windows all across that lead to the magnificent pool which measures 13m x 9m and has a cover, lounging area and a beautiful landscaped garden. Three of the bedrooms are on this level – the master bedroom with its walk in closet and en suite bathroom and two double bedrooms which have their own bathrooms too.

Going down the stairs or by the lift you will be able to find a secondary kitchen/laundry area, a living area, a cinema room, 2 double bedrooms and a sauna. The garage is also located on this lower floor.

Going by stairs or by the lift up to the first floor, you will find a sitting area with a flat screen plus 2 other double bedrooms. There is access to a large balcony on the first floor.

Going up another floor, you can access the roof terrace comprising a dining table with chairs, a couple of sun loungers and some sofas. From here you can benefit from a beautiful view of the nature and the sea which looks spectacular at sunset.

This villa is equipped with centralised air conditioning throughout.

The cleaning service is from Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays. There is free Wi-Fi connection in all areas.
