Villa Daley has been tenderly brought back to life and faithfully restored. Master craftsmen, whose very hands repaired the cathedral in Málaga, carefully rebuilt some of the old finca walls which date back to when it was originally built over 250 years ago.

The ground floor comprises a contemporary living space, including a cosy sitting room with flame effect fireplace and an open-plan kitchen/diner. The fully equipped kitchen has a central island with incorporated breakfast bar and a 10-seater dining table. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors open onto the garden and a covered outdoor chill-out area.

Modern design gives way to a rustic ambience in the ensuite bedroom on this floor, which is cocooned within beautiful stone walls recovered from the original building, blending harmoniously with the contemporary furnishings, floors and ceilings and picture windows. This bedroom has an adjoining lounge which could be used as an extra children’s room.

The upper level houses the large master suite, with its elegant bathroom, and a private terrace with glass balustrade where you can gaze out at the stunning scenery. Two further generous ensuite bedrooms with mountain views complete the first floor.

The property also has two separate guest annexes, each with a bedroom and ensuite bathroom and lashings more of that luxurious rural cosiness.

Outside, the infinity pool, covered outdoor living and dining spaces and manicured gardens add the finishing touches to this fabulous home, although they cannot compete with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape of ancient pine woodland, mountains and sea.
