Dating back to the Renaissance period, the villa boasts a generous garden crowned by an exclusive pool (12 x 6 m) and a spacious poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to unwind. The outdoor area boasts al fresco lounge and dining areas where you can sit and admire the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Offering a calm atmosphere, the property boasts a wide choice of al fresco areas where you can relax with a book or take a siesta. Outdoors you will also find a small church, a swing for children, and a small covered gym complete with treadmill and exercise bike.

Make your way to the ground floor through the entrance hall to the two spacious living rooms, a lovely fully-fitted kitchen, and the dining room. On the lower ground floor you will find a double bedroom which includes its own private bathroom with shower. On the lower ground floor you will also find a bright lounge room complete with a comfortable sofa, 75-inch TV, and a pool table which can be converted into a tennis table. The interiors of the property exude historic charm, with a distinctive style that is evocative of traditional Tuscany.

The upper floor accommodates five bedrooms: four double bedrooms and one single room. The single room and a double bedroom share a bathroom complete with large bathtub. All the other bedrooms feature a private bathroom (located in the corridor, just outside each room) with shower. All bedrooms are individually decorated with their own character and antique pieces, and all areas of the villa are available to guests except for the wine cellar, located on the lower ground floor, which can be visited upon request and in the presence of the staff or the owner.
