The dining area connects the lounge to the kitchen and comfortably seats up to ten guests. From here, guests can step outside to the barbecue area while enjoying beautiful views over the Quinta do Lago estate.

Gourmet Kitchen & Laundry

The custom-built gourmet kitchen is modern and highly functional. It features Gaggenau appliances, polished granite counters, and two American-style fridges/freezers with filtered water and ice makers.

A separate laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. This layout ensures convenience for both long and short stays.

Bedroom Layout & Bathrooms

This luxury Quinta do Lago villa has five main bedrooms and one lower-ground bedroom.

• Ground floor: Three bedrooms – one double with an en-suite, and two twins with either en-suite or adjacent bathrooms.

• First floor: The master bedroom features a spacious en-suite with an all-glass shower suitable for wheelchair access, twin vanity sinks, a bathtub, a separate dressing area, and a private terrace. The second first-floor bedroom is a twin with en-suite and a private balcony.

• Lower ground floor: A twin bedroom with en-suite completes the sleeping arrangements.

All bedrooms include safes. High-quality tiled floors, underfloor heating, and child-friendly safety locks enhance comfort and security.

Lower Ground Floor Leisure Facilities

The lower ground floor houses a heated indoor swimming pool, a Tylö steam room, sauna, and fully equipped gymnasium with Power Plate Pro5, treadmill, cross-trainer, and other equipment. Additionally, there is a wine cellar, laundry room, and maid’s room.

Outdoor Areas & Amenities

The Mediterranean garden features automatic irrigation, picket fencing, and a second swimming pool. Guests can enjoy a gas barbecue, sun loungers, and a variety of garden furniture for relaxation and entertainment. A double garage includes air conditioning and underfloor heating.

Guests can access Encosta do Lago’s communal pool, tennis courts, and gym, and enjoy discounts at Tuscano’s restaurant. The nearby lake offers watersports and two restaurants. A ten-minute walk brings you to Quinta do Lago’s beach and Gigi’s restaurant. Quinta do Lago Plaza, with bars, restaurants, and boutiques, is a short drive away.
