The sixty-five hectares of private land surrounding the property is beautifully shaped by cypresses trees at the entrance, olive trees and vineyards, lined among pleasant pathways that allow immersing in the sweetest nature Tuscan countryside can offer.
The large porch facing the poolside is defined by arches, testifying to the antique fascinating structure, creating a modern layout of the outdoor spaces.
The garden is embellished by a violet and white colour palette of a variety of flowers creating the perfect picture frame for the giant oak tree lying right at the centre of the garden. In such a magic atmosphere, at a distance, a tiny old-centuries church emerging from the cultivated fields evokes the old presence of a pathway that used to connect the two buildings for the nuns’ daily visits.
Frazer is composed of the main villa hosting six bedrooms, and the guest house hosting one bedroom for a total of 500sm.
The interiors have been tastefully renovated in 2021 by the designer who desired a modern style combined with a few traditional items. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV and elegant en suite bathrooms beautifully decorated by travertine marble.
The main villa boasts a gym, and an indoor splash pool with hydro massage, while the guest house is equipped with a billiard room.
On request, the cook can prepare delicious Italian dishes including pizza traditionally cooked in the outdoor pizza oven. From villa Frazer, it is possible to visit the Val d’ Orcia area in a few minutes drive, Pienza in forty minutes, and Siena in one hour.
