Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite. WC in the bathroom.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed configurable in twin beds. Bathroom shared. WC in the bathroom.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom shared. WC in the bathroom.

Room 6
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 7
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. separate WC room.

Bedroom 2 can also be configured as a family suite, with a double bed and 2 single beds.

Indoors

You entry to the villa by an outdoor courtyard attached to the main building. In the main part of the house, there is a TV room with sofas and comfortable chairs, fireplace. This lounge area opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden and equipped with outdoor furniture. A billard table is available. You will also find a dining room for 16 guests leading to a large living room with fireplace and direct access to the garden.
The first floor is dedicated for bedrooms.

Outdoors

There is a long 25 metre swimming pool (pool heating on request – the pool water temperature is between 26-28 degrees max) in the garden with sun loungers and several covered terraces to enjoy lunch or dine al fresco. You can enjoy your meals under a 90sqm poolhouse (with a fireplace) near the swimming pool with a dining table that can seat from 16 to 40 people. This Poolhouse is also perfect for hosting Yoga / Pilat / dance classes.
You will also find a large 25 meter swimming pool with deckchairs (heating at an additional cost between 26 and 28 ° max). You can play ping pong, petanque or have fun on the trampoline.
