Description

The estate is actually two adjacent houses, the older more authentic main house with six bedrooms and the newer, more modern villa with three en-suite bedrooms. Think of the second house as an adjoining annexe to the main house (the upper half of this house can also be rented together – see Sa Riera Beach Penthouse). The house has been recently renovated and includes many upgrades such as air conditioning and new beds not to mention brand new furniture, fabrics and soft furnishings.

There is enough parking space for 8 to 10 cars. There’s a private Padel court and moored within sight is a breathtakingly beautiful 8m Invictus speed boat which, for an extra charge can be hired with skipper included.

Please note that housekeepers live on-site in a self-contained separate part of the main house. They take care of the maintenance of the house, garden and pool. They are discreet yet are available if needed. Daily two-hour maid service is included in the price. Extra hours or a breakfast/cooking service can be arranged if requested in advance. In the past, the housekeepers ran a restaurant and their speciality is Argentinian Asado.

Bedrooms 5 & 6 share a bathroom with a tub and separate shower. Also adjoining sitting room with two extra single beds if needed.

Subsidiary House

Bedroom 7. Double or twin single en-suite with tub with incorporated shower.

Bedroom 8. Double or twin single with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 9. Double or twin single with en-suite bathroom with shower.

All three bedrooms have access to a shared terrace with sea views.

Living Spaces

The indoor living area looks out onto the huge central outdoor patio and in effect amplifies the living space. During the summer months, patrons will adore this indoor/outdoor element which oozes comfort and style. The bedrooms are in three separate zones of two bedrooms each. One of these zones acts almost as an independent family apartment with a sitting room which can be converted into an extra bedroom for children if needed.

Outdoors

The central patio takes centre stage. This spacious outdoor seating and dining area focuses one’s attention on the unavoidable and wonderful sea views. Throughout the house, one finds a number of patios and terraces where to sit and enjoy the views. Padel court with double shower room. Ample covered private parking for up to eight – 10 cars. Private access to the beach in a matter of seconds.

Household Amenities

Air conditioning in all the bedrooms, except 3 (due to having air con installed in early 2022). Good fibre optic Wifi internet throughout. Fully equipped kitchen. Elevator from the parking area down to the kitchen level of the house. Toiletries in bathrooms. Children’s high chair, crib and bath available. Smoke alarms in the bedrooms. Compact but a well-stocked kitchen with two large fridges/freezers. Beach towels and umbrellas provided.
