Villa Jabiru is set over an impressive one and a quarter acre plot so perfect for those wanting plenty of indoor and outdoor space to an extremely high standard.

Living Area: As you enter into Jabiru, you are in a spacious open plan living area. With the large glass windows, high ceiling with beams and stunning slate flooring, every inch of this villa is attractive to the eye. With large sofas for 14 people, there is plenty of seating here for all the family to enjoy after a long day relaxing in the sun. The large open plan living is shared with the dining area and kitchen. There are is a large dining table as well as a small reading table in the centre of the room. This entire open plan area opens up to the outside pool and garden area.
There is also a separate TV room with satellite TV and DVD player as well as office space.

Kitchen:The open plan kitchen offers high standard design with the highest standard appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, expresso coffee machine, juicer, and much more. The kitchen also opens right up to the BBQ area outside, so perfect for when preparing for those family BBQ nights.

Bedrooms: There are six bedrooms in Villa Jabiru. 5 of them are located on the ground floor and the sixth is located on the basement level. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with double bed and spacious dressing room. Bedroom 2 and 4 also have double beds. Bedrooms 3 and 5 both have twin beds and Bedroom 6 is a third twin room. All bedrooms on the ground floor have access to the outside.

Bathrooms: All bedrooms have en-suites bathrooms as well as a separate bathroom with shower on the basement level.

Games: Down in the basement, you will find a Home theatre with Lay-Z-Boy seating for 12 people, bar area with fridge and chairs and games equipment with pool table, table football, table tennis and darts.

Outside: The outside is certainly where you will want to spend your time in this villa. You have a large swimming pool as well as a separate paddling pool AND jacuzzi. Will these luxuries never end? Pool heating can be applied for a charge. You have a large Gas BBQ located under a slatted pergola and long wooden dining table. You have plenty of garden furniture such as teak and rattan furniture, lounge sofas and parasols. Up on the first floor you also have a roof terrace overlooking Millennium golf course.

Local Areas: The quiet and exclusive residential area of Pinhal Velho offers the best of both worlds; a peaceful and tranquil environment but only minutes away from the buzz of the Marina, with its shops, restaurants, many bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on the doorstep, where the Portugese Masters was held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and watersports.
