Villa Kakisis features an 80m² private pool as its centerpiece. Surrounding the pool are ample lounging areas, a shaded seating space, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, perfect for BBQs and dining along with an external TV. For families, a fenced kids’ pool is integrated within the adult pool area, offering a safe and fun space for younger guests. The little ones will also love the private playground. Meanwhile, adults can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the historic Fortezza Castle. Whether basking in the sun or dining under the stars, the expansive outdoor spaces cater to both relaxation and fun.

On the ground floor, the villa welcomes you with a spacious living room bathed in natural light that streams through large windows, offering panoramic views of the old Venetian town and the shimmering sea., featuring a 65-inch TV and air conditioning, perfect for movie nights or quiet evenings. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining area create the perfect gathering spot for family meals. This floor also houses three luxurious bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, individually controlled air conditioning, a 32-inch TV, and en-suite bathrooms with showers. One of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi-bathtub for additional relaxation. Additionally, there is a common-use WC for extra convenience.

Descending to the lower level, you’ll find direct access to the outdoor pool area. This level is home to two more bedrooms: one featuring a queen-sized bed and an en-suite shower, and another with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom that also includes a shower. Both rooms have 32-inch TVs. The lower level also includes a common-use bathroom, making it highly convenient for guests.
