The semi basement area is like a further villa in itself containing as it has separate entrance, two further bedroom suites, a lounge area, dining room, kitchen, bar with a dance floor. There is also a sauna and hammam.
The extremely spacious gardens lead to a quiet, virtually private beach, and an exceptionally large swimming pool together with exterior Jacuzzi.
