Privacy is the premium quality of this traditional villa rental situated a few kilometres from Mercatale, perfect for all those seeking an Italian vacation of relaxation surrounded only by the peaceful countryside. Beautifully restored, two bedrooms are set in the main villa and two others are in its next-door guest house.
To reach it you will climb the rolling hills from the Niccone Valley towards the Medieval hilltop town of Preggio and arrive along a white gravel road. The iron gates open onto a lovely garden where lavender bushes and pink roses dot the property. The infinity pool and the Jacuzzi pool extend into the bucolic horizon.
The interior of the house has been designed with an emphasis on space and good proportions and flows smoothly from the kitchen through the dining room. Two steps down to the study and on to the living room with its two southwest-facing French doors which lead onto the terrace and pergola, with uninterrupted views across the distant Umbrian hills.
