Entering the 7,000 m2 estate a centuries-old olive tree, symbol of the ancient Greek civilization, welcome the visitors. An impressive solar clock, converting the garden into an art gallery, catches the eye before meeting the sun rising and finally resting in the blue sky and sea below.

Approaching the residences, the visitors first meet Villa 1 (160 m2). In the inner space the comfortable, rich in natural light living room the minimal lines take turns with the wooden or made of stone elements, creating a unique aesthetic, hospitable home. The open space, fully equipped kitchen is there to host those who want to try their cooking abilities during their vacations. Villa 1, having 3 comfortable, lucent double bedrooms and 3 spacy bathrooms, can host up to 6 persons.

Next to villa 1 you will find villa 2 (210 m2), having an exclusive, minimal design in black-white-grey tones. The open plan living room-kitchen space, elegant, lucent, and comfortable is ideal for endless relax. This villa can host up to 10 persons having 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC.

What really fascinates the guests of complex is the state-of-the-art scenery of the outer space of the villas. Each terrace, with the majestic sea view, has a private swimming pool, where the visitors can swim and sunbathe laying on the chaise-longue, a shaded dining space and a separate BBQ. Exquisite, unforgettable moments under the warm Greek sun or the starlit night sky will experience the guests enjoying the famous wines of Paros with their family, friends and of course, if they want, their pets.
