This level also includes a bedroom with four single beds, ideal for children or teenagers, with access to a nearby bathroom. The upper floor is dedicated to the elegant master suite, which includes a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. A private balcony with a comfortable sofa offers breathtaking sea views, creating the perfect setting for moments of tranquillity. Additionally, there is a single bedroom available upon request.

The villa’s outdoor and additional spaces provide an expansive 150-square-meter indoor/outdoor living area in front of the pool, furnished with cosy couches, sunbeds, umbrellas, and two dining tables that can accommodate up to 20 guests. There is also a large independent bedroom with two extra-long twin beds and a double sofa bed, boasting beautiful sea views. A playroom with an independent bathroom is located close to this bedroom.
