Description

The house is located in the privileged surroundings of Serra de Daro, in the heart of the Baix Emporda, in a rural and livestock farming environment. Only 15 minutes from the best beaches of the Costa Brava.

The house has 7 rooms. On the ground floor there is a large living room in the entrance hall, a kitchen open to the dining room, and a TV room with fireplace. This floor is adapted for reduced mobility, with bedroom and bathroom. The top floor has 5 double rooms and l quadruple room, all with their own bathroom. The stone walls and the warm and careful lighting make this farmhouse a place of rest and peace.
The large garden is dominated by the swimming pool with sun loungers, and a large porch with barbecue, tables and chairs, for summer or winter lunches or dinners. In one of the annexes there is a table football, a billiards table and a ping-pong table with sofas to enjoy your favourite drink while chatting with friends or family.
Outside there is a field with goals for playing football and a net for badminton or volleyball.
