Luxury Villa Myna is an impressive estate featuring two separate houses. Both homes are decorated with characteristic period furniture and stylish décor. House One

The first house has a comprehensively equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, Nespresso coffee maker, gas hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, ice maker, additional drinks fridge, toaster, and kettle. A dining table with eight chairs leads to the main reception room, which has a Bluetooth speaker. Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the house.

• Bedroom one: double room on the ground floor, split-unit air conditioning, poolside terrace access, en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower

• Bedroom two: first floor, air conditioning, en-suite

• Bedroom three: master double suite, first floor, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower

An additional guest cloakroom is also available in this house.

House Two

House two features a living room with a wall-mounted TV and IPTV box, offering BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and BT Sports. The kitchen and dining area include a washing machine, fridge, oven, and electric hobs. An iron and ironing board are provided.

All bedrooms in House Two have air conditioning units (fixed or portable).

Outdoor Spaces and Pool

Villa Myna features a large swimming pool measuring 14 x 7 metres. The poolside terrace has sun loungers, parasols, and an exterior gas BBQ with a dining area. The estate has spacious gardens, giving a tranquil countryside atmosphere. There is ample parking on the forecourt, and a table tennis table is available. Pool heating is available at a supplement.

Villa Myna is within a 10–15-minute drive from the prestigious golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. Walking distance from the villa are a few local restaurants.
