The villa was originally designed by the renowned architect Angel Taborda known worldwide for his avant-garde style, and built to the highest standards. The modern architecture harmoniously blends together with the panoramic views over La Concha Mountain, Las Brisas golf and the Mediterranean Sea. Villa Scholes is divided over 3 levels, and designed with careful consideration for maximising the light and magnificent views surrounding the property.

The 7 bedrooms (sleep 16) are positioned well apart for total privacy. There are two master bedrooms on the second floor with access to the bar and lounge areas. The impressive master bedrooms are spacious with large en-suite bathrooms, and views overlooking the valley leading to the sea. The ground floor has 5 bedrooms with 6 king-size beds and 4 en suite bathrooms, all with access to the terrace and pool area.

Additionally, there is a gym and a cinema room with all features including a Playstation 4 and a Pool table.

Externally, there is a spacious terrace with palm trees, a large Scandinavian wooden decked heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi for 5 people. There is a superb Barbecue area, with total privacy, for entertaining and dining outdoors together with a partly covered bar and a lounge seating area on the second floor terrace. There is also a rooftop terrace solarium with an 8 person newly built Jacuzzi with panoramic views over the beautiful La Concha Mountain, las Brisas golf and the Mediterranean Sea.
