This luxurious property with a view over the horizon, located literally on the water, offers a breath-taking view over the sea and the surrounded islands. Built in 2012, it is surrounded by a vineyard, fruit trees, lavender and jasmine and huge outdoor white marble terraces. The grounds around the house are landscaped and feature a Greek theatre.

Internally, a minimalist aesthetics governs, based on the meticulous selection of furniture and materials, with the omnipresent whiteness interrupted by the coloured touches of the highly selected artworks. The first level consists of two independent fully equipped studios and a large terrace. Each studio has one double bedroom, built-in sofas which may accommodate children, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The terrace offers dining area, sun beds and umbrella.

On the second level there is a large living room with two sofas and a coffee table, a dining table and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. There are two double bed bedrooms with sea view, en-suite bathrooms and direct exit to the terrace. The terrace has an outdoor sitting area at the front and at the side there is a large pergola covered veranda and an outdoor kitchen space with barbecue. This sitting area includes a long dining table with a sofa and canvas chairs. This unit is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet connection. All areas of this level have unobstructed sea view.

The first floor is accessed by an outdoor staircase. This unit with striking views of the Aegean Sea has an outdoor dining and resting terrace. The interior consists of a living room, dining table and an open plan kitchen. The first bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom as well. This unit is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet connection.
