Description

Upon entering the villa, you will find yourself in the large the entrance hall which has a guest cloak room. Doors access the open plan living room which has a satellite TV, fireplace and doors leading out to the pool area.

Steps lead to the dining area which has a table seating up to 8 people.
The bright fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances.

There is a separate utility room with a washer and dryer and an extra fridge for extra storage.

On the ground floor just by the kitchen is a second living room/snug where you and your family can relax in front of your favourite movie after a long day in the sun.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one en-suite double bedroom with access to a terrace and one twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.

The first floor hosts the master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace overlooking the pool area and golf course. The last bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bedroom and a private terrace.

The outside has a dining area under a pagoda with a charcoal barbeque. There is also a second dining area with gas barbecue located under a semi covered terrace. There is a large swimming pool (10x5m) perfect for cooling off in after a long afternoon of sun bathing.

The villa is surrounded by secure gardens and lawned areas for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

All bedrooms and living areas are fully air conditioned.
