Description

Villa Tomfit is split into wings. You have a left and right wing. The right wing consists of all living areas of the villa plus one bedroom which is wheelchair accessible. The left wing consists of 4 further bedrooms. This property is available to rent as a five-bedroom villa or a nine-bedroom villa depending on the required level of occupancy. In the left wing of the basement level you have 3 more bedrooms and the right wing is the final 9th bedroom.

Living Area: The living area is a spacious room with a large flat screen TV and distinctive high ceiling with gorgeous wooden beams. Here you have a comfy L shapped leather sofa as well as a reclining chair. This room also looks out to the garden area through the large wooden framed patio doors.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a contemporary design room with high end appliances. Within this room you also have small table and chair along with a side bar with chairs.

Bedrooms: Left Wing Ground Floor: Bedroom 1 has a double bed and is accessible from the living room and pool terrace through large doors so perfect for a wheelchair user. Right Wing Ground Floor: This wing has bedroom 2-5, including the Master bedroom. Bedrooms 2-4 all have double beds with walk in wardrobes. The Master bedroom (5) has a king bed, walk in wardrobes, and over looks the side garden.
Left Wing Basement Floor: Here you have 3 more bedrooms. Bedrooms 6 and 7 are both double bedrooms with wardrobes and bedroom 8 is a twin room. (These three bedrooms share one large bathroom).
The air conditioning for cooling and heating has individual remotes for each room.
Right Wing Basement Floor: Bedroom 9 is another twin room.

Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 has en-suite with shower. Bedroom 2-4 have en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 5 (Master) has en-suite with separate shower and WC. Bedrooms 6,7 and 8 all share a large bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk in twin shower. Bedroom 9 has a full bathroom. There is also a shower room on the basement level.

Games: All the games equipment that are available, you will find on the basement level. This level gets plenty of natural light from the windows due to the specific way that the villa was built and designed. There is a large cinema room with pool table and bar; a gym with 3 pieces of equipment; a steam room next to a bathroom with shower.

Outside: This superb villa and its land are spread over 5000 square metres and over looks the Millennium Golf Course. This villa enjoys a peaceful location. The swimming pool measures 12 x 6 meters and has an overflow facing the golf course. There is a gas BBQ, lounge areas, covered terraces and outside dining area with seats for 18 people.

Local Areas: Villa Tomfit is only a few minutes’ drive from the award winning, Vilamoura Marina. Vilamoura has one of the finest beaches in the central Algarve. Vilamoura was constructed in the 1980s as an elite golfing centre and today boasts five exceptional golf courses, along with outstanding tourist facilities.
