Description

Villa Serin has a spacious and comfortable lounge area with a good sitting area and features a flat-screen TV. Sliding doors give access to the outdoor and pool area. The Villa has another separate lounge area with a burning wood fireplace.

The villa also offers a fully fitted kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob and dishwasher and a dining table up to 6 people. There is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

There are two bedrooms on each floor. On the ground floor, bedroom one is a double bedroom and bedroom two is a twin bedroom, both en-suite. The twin room has direct access to the terrace by the pool. Upstairs, on the first floor, bedroom three has a large double room and bedroom four is also a double bedroom, both are en-suite. There is also direct access to the terrace from both rooms.

Villa Serin benefits from WiFi internet access and air-conditioning.

The enjoyment of the villa is the large swimming pool (size 12×6 – heated upon request – extra fee) and there is also a BBQ and dining area to enjoy meals outside. Covered terraces offering both sun and shade for those with children. The garden is delightful and there is plenty of room for children to run around and play. The Villa also offers direct access to Quinta North golf course.

Close by are all the facilities of the new Quinta do Lago, cafe, gym, hairdressers plus the facilities of  Quinta do Lago Shopping. The beaches are less than 5 minutes away. Plenty of activities for the family to enjoy and we can also personally recommend for you brilliant restaurants for you to try!
