On the 1st floor: there is a spacious study area with sofas, broadband connections and fax, the master bedroom (single beds made as a double bed) with plasma TV, en-suite bathroom (bath + shower), walk-in wardrobes and the guest bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower). Both lead to a large sun terrace with magnificent views onto the golf course. Outside, by the pool, is a built-in gas barbecue.
