On entering the property there is a bright & airy open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. This room has glass sliding doors that open out to the terrace with dining table, seating 8 people. From here, you have magnificent views over the private pool & Ria Formosa National Park. Also on this level you have a snug/tv room, the spacious Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom & Guest bedroom with en-suite shower room
The ground floor comprises of two further large and airy bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms and doors leading out to the private swimming pool. There is a fully equipped laundry room on this floor too. All beds can used as singles or king size.
Outside, particular attention has been paid to outdoor living with beautifully manicured gardens, private swimming pool, multiple sun loungers and extensive terraced areas with dining and lounging facilities, perfect for “al fresco”.
