Description

Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed into a spacious entrance hall with a guest cloakroom. Doors lead to the open-plan living room, featuring a satellite TV, fireplace, and direct access to the pool area.

Steps lead up to the dining area, which comfortably seats up to eight guests, adjacent to a bright, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. A separate utility room includes a washer, dryer, and an extra fridge for additional storage.

Just off the kitchen, a second living room or snug provides a cozy space to relax with family or enjoy a movie after a day in the sun.

The ground floor houses two bedrooms: an en-suite double with terrace access and a twin room with an adjacent bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the pool and golf course, while the final bedroom is a double with en-suite and its own terrace.

Outside, a dining area under a pagoda with a charcoal barbecue, plus a second semi-covered terrace with a gas barbecue, provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals. The large 10x5m swimming pool is ideal for cooling off, with heating available at an extra charge.
